Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and a unique identifier from that provider. We store this to associate your sticker packs and credit balance with your account. We do not receive or store your password.

When you generate a sticker pack, we store the prompt you entered, any reference image you uploaded, and the resulting sticker images. These are tied to your account so they sync across devices.

When you subscribe in the iOS app, Apple handles payment and we receive a verified record of the subscription, not your payment details. When you buy credits on the web, Stripe handles payment processing. We do not store your card number or any sensitive payment information, only a record of the transaction and what it unlocked on your account.

How we use it

We use your data to operate StickerForge: authenticating you, syncing your packs across devices, processing credit purchases, and generating stickers. Photos and prompts you submit are sent to our AI image providers to create your stickers. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails.

Third-party services

• Firebase — authentication and data storage (Google)
• Google Gemini API and Ideogram — AI image generation and background removal; they receive the photos and prompts you submit
• Apple — iOS in-app subscriptions
• Stripe — web payment processing
• Sentry — error reporting
• Cloudflare and Google Cloud — CDN, image storage and hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Your rights

In the iOS app you can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings, Account, Delete Account. You can also email support@stickerforge.app. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, or port your data — contact us at the same address.

Cookies

We use Firebase Authentication, which sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of StickerForge after changes constitutes acceptance.
